Eva Mendes was born in the United States and is an American actor, model and singer. She was spotted by a talent agency who saw her talent and persuaded her to choose to work in the entertainment field. She dropped out of college after some thought to pursue an entertainment career. Even though it wasn't the most straightforward path to take, her pure willpower and dedication to her craft were well-rewarded. After her success in Training Day, her career as an actor took off.
